In the beginning.....

OK, so it's official, thanks to Yolanda" my home girl" Thorne my blog cherry has been broken. Now all of you can check up on our status without even having to talk to me...lol. So first I guess I'll give you all (that don't know) a run down of how this whole relationship got started. For those of you who may be faint of heart there could be explicit details and I will give this a PG 13 rating. So here we go.............

Once upon a time...... NOT!!!
There once was a girl from Lake Echo,
Who the hell am I kidding. Ryan and I have been acquaintances for maybe 2 years, give or take. He was in a long term relationship and I was still looking for love in all the wrong places. We used to flirt to no end but that's as far as it ever went. Both being committed and all. So finally one day I stopped in to see a good friend of mine, whom was also friends of Ryan's and he asked me to go to dinner and a movie with him. Kinda corny at the time and I was convinced he was just trying to get a new piece of ass, but I turned him down. So as persistent as he is, he kept asking me and asking me, all in the same evening so i asked Darren for his number. It took all my years of experience to work up enough balls to call him, but I did. We talked for about 2 hours and then twenty minutes later we talked again for another 2. We finally agreed to meet up for coffee and I picked him up the next evening before going out with my sister. We went out for coffee and then text ed each other the next 3 hours. Later that evening we met up again and continued the late nite evenings for about 2 weeks.
Ryan is an amazing man and I'm thankful everyday for his ex breaking up with him, because he is a blessing to me. So from this point on I'll fill you in on the last almost year, August 23rd to be exact, but we will soon have a new date to remember because we are getting married on March 26, 2009 in Mexico.
